Eva Papadaki

Copywriter & Community Manager

Growing up, Eva has had a different answer for each time she was asked the question “what do you want to be when you grow up?”- which is another way of saying she had no idea. All she knew was that she liked observing people, writing flowery poems and overly dramatic short stories, and the Internet – to the point where her parents would have to pull the phone plug (remember those?) every night, just to get her to go to bed.

With still no definitive answer to the “what do you want to be” question, Eva got her BA in Communication at Deree College and decided to continue her studies in Boston, where she pursued a Master’s Degree in Public Relations at Boston University. It was there that she was first exposed to the endless possibilities that arise when the ever-blossoming world of online communities meets the world of professional storytellers and thought that maybe, finally, this could be her calling.

Before joining Interweave, Eva built her experience working as a PR professional and content marketer for agencies in Athens & New York. More recently, she was part of iProspect’s content marketing team where she had the opportunity to work for multi award winning projects, such as the Oreo Facebook page and handle multilingual social media accounts with global audiences in the hundreds of thousands. Overall, she has worked for a  diverse selection of clients, including Aegean Airlines,Trident, L’Oréal Professionnel, Hellenic Seaways, Estée Lauder  L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline & Garnier. She also currently shares her passion for digital communication with her students at Deree, where she serves as a Part-time Instructor.
Eva is an avid consumer of pop culture, a ballet geek and a fan of obscure trivia. She lives in Athens with her daughter, a fluffy cat named Clary.

Oh, you get love for it. You get hate for it. You get nothing if you wait for it, wait for it, wait.
