Renato is an award-winning creative leader with 20 years of experience in Athens, London, Tirana and Dubai. During these years he has worked for blue chip brands including Heineken Global, Ford Europe, Diageo, Coca-Cola, Bayer, Henkel, Delhaize, Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, the International Olympic Committee, Alpha Bank, and General Motors. He excels at driving change and bringing growth to diverse projects and successfully leading and mentoring creative teams - helping brands to connect with people and culture in local markets, across Europe, Middle East, and globally.
His work has been recognised with awards and honours for both creativity and effectiveness, including Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity (Young Lions), European Design Awards, Effie Awards, Dubai Lynx, Ermis Awards (Greek Advertising Festival), ΕΒΓΕ (Greek Communication Design Awards).
Renato firmly believes creativity should go beyond the walls of the creative department. He wants to make a real difference in the community as a creative professional and a responsible citizen who believes in a better world for everyone. In 2012, he established the International Creative Conference - Design Overview In Tirana, the first international event in Albania dedicated to Advertising, Design & New Media which meaningfully impacted the local community and received international recognition. He was the Lead of International Creatives London 2018-2021, Papel & Caneta London Co-Organizer 2017, JOLT Academy Mentor 2019-2020 (helping young people from underrepresented communities make it into the advertising industry) and a proud winner of The Great British Diversity Experiment 2016.
He has worked at some of the world’s biggest advertising networks, including Ogilvy, WT, DDB, TBWA, McCann, Publicis, GTB (WPP), Leo Burnett, and the independent powerhouse AnalogFolk London - Global Digital Innovation Agency of the Year 2019.
