To facilitate transformation, we created a cohesive internal communications platform, internal communications strategy and LinkedIn strategy; to encourage employee adoption, we crafted a new internal platform for the organisation. This acts as the nexus of the employee experience, hosting everything from the onboarding process and digital training to the company playbook and processes. It also acts as a hub for the PHĀEA community and activities, keeping all team members up-to-date on the latest news across locations.
