Frederico Roberto
Executive Creative Director
“Work until you no longer need introductions.”

Although he has been a London resident for the last seven years, Frederico Roberto, or Fred – as he prefers – comes from Portugal. A highly decorated creative in global advertising, his long list includes top positions, numerous awards, and prestigious jury positions.

Fred took on the creative’s life early on. After studying advertising, he worked for various agencies in Lisbon and London, as well as Sao Paulo and Istanbul. With copywriting as his first stepping stone, he quickly rose to the role of Creative Director, he rallied international creatives around him as the co-founder of International Creatives Initiative, and most recently, he was the Global Creative Director for Unilever’s U-Studio, OLIVER Agency’s in-house operation creative content production powerhouse initiative, working for all of its 300+ FMCG brands across 22 countries. With a clientele that includes Samsung, Nike, BP, Bentley Motors, Emirates Airlines, Guinness and Tanqueray among others, he can boast of having worked with some of the most sought-after brands for creatives globally.

Fred has also been one of the major creative leaders to notice the swift towards digital around 2007, and did not miss the chance to pivot his creative acumen in the new media that emerged, a choice that further accelerated his career in a field stuck between legacy and new media. His experience has been recognised and awarded in some of the most noteworthy Creative Festivals in the world such as the Cannes Lions, SouthAmerican El Ojo, the UK Dadis, BIMAs and LOVIE Awards, amongst others. As a result, he has been invited to be a juror for several international festivals multiple times over the past 8 years in events such as the Dubai Lynx, D&AD, New York Festivals, the Cresta Awards, and also the Cannes Lion itself, just to name a few.

But being a people’s person himself, Fred thrives in a team environment. Mentoring and coaching are his big passion and nurturing the talent surrounding him his key trait. As such, Fred is a recurring presence in events around the world like the Spikes Asia in Singapore or DMEXCO in Cologne, Germany as a guest speaker on topics such as creativity, bravery and entrepreneurship.

Fred joins Interweave at a critical moment, with a dual mandate to spearhead the London office operation, as well as support the Athens office with hi-end creative direction. Nonetheless, he still manages to enjoy playing video games, and stretch with the occasional basketball game. Befitting a global creative, Fred loves films and traveling, and he has already come to love the Athens-London flight itinerary.

Simon Milliship
Brand Experience Strategy Director
"Stop, look up, smell the colours, this is the real world"

After studying Graphic Design at Portsmouth Art School, Simon started his career in Australia – first as an Art Director, then quickly rising to senior roles such as Creative Director.

In Sydney, he became a well-known industry leader during the decade-long rise of the internet in marketing. Working on global eCommerce projects and corporate web platforms, Simon designed many of Australia’s first commercial websites.

Joining WPP in 2000, in an Asia Pacific role for Brand Dialogue, Simon led creative engagements in Japan, China, Taiwan and Singapore – where he honed his international business skills and multi-country team management capabilities.

After being headhunted for a London position, Simon moved back to the UK to set up Wunderman Interactive as Executive Creative Director and Managing Partner. He successfully grew the business to 80+ people, winning global client accounts for Ford, Motorola, Microsoft and Land Rover. He also judged the Cyber Lions at the Cannes Festival of Creativity. In 2008 Simon took the opportunity to head up US agency VML’s European business, with the responsibility to lead and grow the company across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Big client wins for SAP, Bacardi and Adidas required VML to expand capabilities and services at scale. Simon led the capabilities expansion in Germany, Poland, Turkey and South Africa, adding over 500 team members to the regional network. One of the areas of business Simon enjoys is developing new partnerships and growth opportunities for brands. In 2019 global consulting firm Digital M&A offered Simon a leadership position to build their European portfolio. The role was predominantly developing business and brand transformation strategies for companies in the marketing sector.

In 2020 Frederico Roberto, Interweaves’s ECD and Simon were reunited at Interweave, both former senior leaders at VML in Europe.

Simon’s addition to the senior team is part of a new strategic direction for Interweave; partnering with clients to drive change, finding growth opportunities for brands, and developing customer experiences that engage audiences across all channels and touchpoints – with an emphasis on developing new client business in European and MENA regions.

With his passion for creative business, Simon leads Interweave’s Brand Experience Practice for the agency across all our geographies and has a management role in running Interweave’s UK operations.

As an antidote to the world of technology and data, Simon loves to spend time in the mountains, or at the beach, indulging his love of exploring wild terrain, or surfing the best breaks in the world.

Evi Kapeli
International Expansion & Communications Director
Rule breakers are the real rule makers

Evi has been a Strategy Lead at the Vakalo Art & Design College (est 1958), the first school for Applied Arts in Greece for the past 5 years and a former Campaign Manager at Watertron, while her previous experience is equally interesting, creative and diverse.

Having worked as a General Manager at Bercana Music Label, she has run campaigns and had the chance to be successfully involved in numerous big music events and artists management throughout the world.

She has been an Art Director and Production Manager of food books publications for Scorpios Mykonos and Meraki Restaurant in London. Furthermore, she has written numerous articles on various topics, and co-authored a book for Nakas Group Music Publications.

Her passion for quality nutrition and local gastronomy, led her in the establishment of the Kapeli Farm, where she is responsible for the growth strategy. Before her engagement to the aforementioned activities, she has worked as a teacher fostering children’s creativity for over a decade.

Creativity runs through Evi’s blood and she loves engaging with new productions that feed her creative aspect as a keen photographer and content creator, while in her free time she loves to learn all news on TikTok, exploring new tools or checking the wind before some adrenaline rush though her favourite sport, windsurfing.

Eleonora Voutyraki
Head of Account Management
“And those who were seen dancing, were thought to be crazy, by those who could not hear the music.”
Friedrich Nietzsche

Getting the job done and having fun while at it, is Eleonora’s middle name. A PR and marketing communications professional with strong experience in managing accounts and complex communications programs for multinational and local clients in a series of different sectors, Eleonora joined Interweave as a group account director, after a decade of successful agency and client work.

After graduating from the University of Surrey, where she studied politics and international studies, Eleonora joined Advocate / Burson-Marsteller as a trainee, but quickly rose the ranks to eventually become a director. Her work for a range of clients from a broad spectrum of industries, spanning corporate, FMCG, retail, technology, politics and more, won her invaluable life lessons, as well as multiple national and international awards.

Always looking for new challenges, Eleonora left #agencylife to pursue some in-house fun at Vodafone’s youth segment, where she transformed her PR position into a multi-dimensional communications role. At Vodafone CU, she designed and implemented an integrated brand content strategy that turned the brand’s social channels into main marketing brand touchpoints, as well as solid brand differentiators. In short, brand Instagram stories and YouTube shows that rocked. She goes by starting each day with a smile and infuses it with creativity, resourcefulness and strategic thinking, usually well after office hours.

All that energy is channeled in yoga sessions or hangouts with friends. Yes, she doesn’t get much sleep. A nature lover, she is a keen scuba diver, loves all animals and grows succulents in her balcony, all of which have names and -according to her- distinct personalities. Her bucket list includes traveling to extraordinary places and eventually seeing a snow leopard.

Sissy Lokoviti
Head of Design
“In the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years.”
Abraham Lincoln

Sissy graduated from Vakalo School of Arts and Design. She was lured into digital sorcery early on in her career, working at yellow net road and then on at OgilvyOne Worldwide Athens for ten years.

She has been a hard working digital “miner” digging into a wide range of projects or clients such as IKEA, METAXA, Grecotel Hotels and Resorts, Skinos, OTE, City of Athens, DEI, Bacardi, Heineken, Vichy and Fage, from websites to corporate identity to display campaigns and mobile applications, crafting the imagery that gives life to user experiences. Her projects have been awarded by the Lovie Awards, the Webby Awards, FWA, Awwwards, CSS Design Awards, Ermis, Social Media Awards and EBGE.

A pixel spatter analyst as she likes to call herself, she loves travelling, drinking cocktails, cooking, watching tv series and also keeps a diary of her pixels at lokoexe.com.

Andreas Hatzifotis
Head of Technology
“Run when you can, walk if you have to, crawl if you must; just never give up.”
Dean Karnazes

Having studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens, Andreas Hatzifotis has always had a small suspicion that he may had fallen into the magic potion of megapixels when we was a little boy: from day one of his career, he has been relentlessly pursuing the next fresh idea, always experimenting on new formulas and using cutting-edge, innovative tools.

Ingeniously combined with commitment and professionalism, his talent has enhanced and furthered his ability to generate code in every possible programming language (PHP, Python, Java and C++ being mere samples). Throughout the years, he has managed a wide variety of project teams to which he contributed from a wide variety of positions as well: front and back-end developer, architect, software engineer, technical advisor, lead engineer, even designer in some cases – and of course, Head of Technology, the role that he now holds at Interweave.

Having lots of national, European and global awards in his résumé (such as Awwwards, FWA, CSS Design Awards, The Lovie Awards etc), Andreas is proud of several projects that he has worked on, among which the information system LYSIAS I.S. that he created in its totality for the legal department of EYDAP (2009-2012). Other clients include SEAT, Vodafone, Minerva, Horio, METAXA and the European Parliament. Through his own personal initiative, Andreas has also initiated or contributed to a number of startups, including Smoky Pixel, Exit Bee and Harvantics, a social media monitoring tool.

The very rare moments that he doesn’t think of coding, he likes exploring beauty with his snowboard plank, relaxing through cooking or playing poker– even as his friends wonder whether there’s a chance that his future children won’t turn out to be teeny-tiny computers whose native tongue is COW programming language!

Giannis Agathos
Senior Copywriter
“Have no fear of perfection - you'll never reach it.”
Salvador Dali

Giannis joins the Ιnterweave creative team with more than 15 years of experience in copywriting and crafting creative concepts for above the line advertising -including TVCs, radio, print and out-of-home advertising. Born and raised in Athens, he is an awarded and celebrated creative, who has worked for multinational as well as independent agencies in Athens, thus bringing along with him a deep understanding of the ideation and creative process.

A fan of sports and a former athlete alike, he equally enjoys watching sports events or going for a run. His running experience attests to his resilient character, while a collection of Ermis and Social Media awards proves his effectiveness as a seasoned creative. He equally enjoys a wide spectrum of sounds – from deep electronic cuts to more indie and alternative bands, and exploring home entertainment on Netflix, a pop culture duty that feeds his curiosity for all things trending.

His copywriting career has been the bedrock of his professional life up until now, having worked for multinational brands such as Procter & Gamble and Siemens, alcohol brands such as Stoli Vodka, Cutty Sark whisky and Ouzo of Plomari, and various automotive brands such as Yamaha, Kia, Land Rover, BMW, and Peugeot among others. Despite this colorful and wide ranging career, it was the birth of his daughter two years ago that brought about changes in almost everything else.

A happy and proud dad, Giannis now spends his days crafting stories and ideas for Interweave, enjoying family quality time and duties by night, and tending to his artistic side whenever during weekends. His favorite TV series is Peaky Βlinders, while he channels his restlessness in collaborative art exhibitions with friends.

Lydia Botsi
Brand & Communications Strategist
“If you don't step one of your feet out of the Earth, you will never stand with both of them on it.”
Odysseas Elitis

Lydia has always been enchanted from storytellers and that was the reason why her dream was to become one of them when she would be a grown up. Years and years went by, and she finally decided to take her chances with it: she studied Mass Media and Communication, as well as, Political Communication with a brief stopover at a Drama School, which confirmed her (strong) suspicion that she was definitely not born to be that wild in her storytelling career.

Being grateful of the precious things her working experience as broadcast journalist, as well as, writer and editor at newspapers and magazines taught her- things like the charm hidden between the lines and the balm that ink may sometimes offer in people’s lives -, she was lucky enough to meet the Interweavers that made her discover the true beauty that words shall have in digital- and that is, real- world: creating words for brands, putting them in a digital canal and letting them start their journey in people’s minds and hearts is the most fascinating story that she could ever imagine herself telling.

Magda Karayianni
Account and Project Management Director
“The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new lands but seeing with new eyes.”
Marcel Proust

Magda is a restless spirit in an interconnected world. She is fascinated by social media, and more specifically, with how they can serve social causes and support better living. In fact, she is pursuing a Phd on this issue alongside with graduate studies on informatics and management.

She has profound experience in communication, being a vital member of a very demanding political team during national elections in Greece. She can also run very complex projects, as she did in various government positions for many years, especially in the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Administrative Reform and E-Government. Magda is also a keen start-upper and she has helped with the organization and day-to-day operations of start-ups such as BigStash and Long Access.

A reformer by heart and a team-worker, she combines (Scorpion’s) passion with power and self-confidence. A great combination, don’t you think?
