Grecotel Hotels and Resorts new loyalty club featured a series of unique experiences, available to club members only. To promote this all new redesigned loyalty programme, drive signups and rewarm old club members, Interweave designed a campaign that focused on the experiences the new club was offering, inviting users to create their own “dream experience” (hence the #CreateDreams campaign name and hashtag) via a campaign website, and enter the grand draw to win it.
An interactive game website was designed and developed, where users could design their dream experience, and enter a draw to win it, if they signed up for the loyalty club. To design it, they had to answer a series of questions made up of images, videos and sounds, creating a fun multimedia experience. The users’ choices defined their personal “Dream Experience”, which they could win if they registered for the new loyalty club.
The campaign was communicated via email marketing to the old Club members, and social media to the wider audience, via the hotel chain’s social media accounts, as well as social and digital ads.
A careful curation of impressive images of Grecotel Hotels and Resorts accompanied each created experience when shared on social media by the users.
