Beloved Greek hospitality brand PHĀEA has been a part of the fabric of Cretan life since 1976, all the while undergoing a process of evolution which reflects its growth as an organisation as well as the changing needs of the modern traveller. The brand addressed INTERWEAVE when they required an updated website which embodies their new era and accommodates their future ambitions.
In addition to travellers and business professionals, we had another target audience to serve and address. As part of the broader website redesign, we created a brand new Careers page for PHĀEA. To meet the needs of the group’s new era, we wished to inspire prospective talent to join the journey of its thriving team. The page presents open positions, but also provides in-depth information about the brand, its values, and working principles. In addition, we created a Media Hub that presents information about the corporate brand, its many awards and distinctions, and its ongoing sustainability journey.
Our long-time collaboration with PHĀEA began several years ago with a successful rebranding intended to reflect the organisation’s growth and transformation over the course of nearly half a century; INTERWEAVE’s consulting arm was therefore the natural fit when the organisation required an internal strategy to support their ongoing transformation from a group of hotels to a growing corporate brand entering a bright new era. In the process, our partnership evolved along with our client’s needs into a true interwoven cooperation across five separate project clusters.
